How your inquiry is handled
GloryStarWear is the website-facing trade name. Verified legal-entity and registered-address details will be added when the supporting company records are approved for publication.
When you choose email, the site prepares a message for your local email application. The website cannot confirm delivery; your email provider's terms apply after you send it.
Secure server form
This option uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated spam, then sends the completed brief to the same-origin Vercel endpoint. Vercel validates it and forwards it through an authenticated server-to-server connection to a dedicated Cloudflare D1 inquiry database. A successful submission is shown only after the database confirms storage, then the site opens the Thank You page.
Copy project brief
Copying uses your browser clipboard. The website does not treat a copied brief as a received inquiry.
Reference files
Files selected in the quote builder remain on your device unless you choose the device “Share Brief + Files” option and select a destination app. The secure server form records selected filenames only; it does not upload or store file contents. WhatsApp and email require you to attach files in those apps. Avoid personal information in filenames.

We ask for the minimum details needed to understand a sourcing project and reply through the contact route you choose.
Name, work email, and optional phone or WhatsApp
Used to identify and reply to the person making the request.
Buyer type, route, product, quantity, market, timing, message, and selected filenames
Used to evaluate the request and prepare a relevant sourcing response. File contents are not sent through the secure form.
Landing page, referring page, campaign tags, and source category
Stored in session storage and included in a prepared inquiry so the team can understand whether the conversation started from search, an AI assistant, social media, a campaign, another website, or a direct visit.
Page visits, traffic source, and selected site actions
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you allow analytics. The site may then measure page views, quote starts, buyer-path choices, call requests, file-count and file-type categories, confirmed server submissions, contact clicks, resource downloads, product filters, and catalog searches. Analytics events do not include filenames, file contents, contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, or message text.
Do not send sensitive or confidential records initially
Avoid payment data, identity documents, passwords, or confidential tech packs until a suitable protected exchange route is agreed.
Your choices
Access, correction, retention, and deletion requests
Contact kevin@glorystarwears.com to ask about inquiry information, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. Secure-form inquiry records are scheduled for deletion 365 days after receipt. A record may be removed sooner on a valid request or retained separately when reasonably required for an active quotation, ongoing business communication, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Vercel hosts the website and validates secure-form submissions. Cloudflare Workers and the dedicated Cloudflare D1 database receive and retain confirmed server-form inquiries. A destination app selected through your device share menu, WhatsApp, email providers, and—only after analytics permission—Google Analytics may process data when their service is used.
The site stores granted or denied under glorystarwear-analytics-consent-v1 in browser local storage. When granted, Google Analytics may use first-party identifiers such as _ga. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain denied.
This notice will be updated when the legal entity, analytics platform, CRM, storage provider, retention period, or file-upload route changes.
